• Birth & postpartum processing: Want to chat about your birth, your body, or your emotions? I’ve got a calm, judgement-free ear and some practical tools to help you feel heard and supported.
• Parenting confidence booster: I help partners and parents feel capable and involved without turning your life upside down.
• Practical support & life hacks: Laundry, light tidying, routines, or just helping you figure out the million tiny things that pop up when you have a newborn.
